依據臺灣現行《消費者保護法》第19條規定：
本公司販售之攝影機等商品屬特殊性商品，消費者於收到商品後未拆封者，享有七日猶豫期（鑑賞期）。 本產品無試用期。如有以下情形，恕不接受退貨：

1.商品已拆封。
2.明顯使用痕跡。
3.客製化商品。

請保持商品全新狀態，以保障您的退貨權益。

In accordance with Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, surveillance cameras and similar items sold by our company are classified as special-purpose products.Customers are entitled to a 7-day right of withdrawal only if the product remains unopened upon receipt.This product does not offer a trial period. Return requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

1. The product has been opened
2. The main device shows signs of use
3. The item is customized or made-to-order

Please ensure the product remains in brand-new condition to retain your right to return.
